TO ORDER

Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,

1) Email us at hersdale@gmail.com
2) Your email should include the item you're interested in as the 'Subject'.
3) For trade-ins, please also include a photo of your item.


TO PAY

Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, you can pay either through

1) POSB Funds Transfer (preferred)
OR
2) Interbank Transfer

Upon receiving your payment, we will send your items out ASAP :)



DELIVERY

1) Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight). Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $2 for two items and so forth.
2) Registered mail is always encouraged (it only cost $2.24 more on top of normal postage).



TERMS&CONDITIONS (please take time to read this)
1) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.
3) Prices are non negotiable
4) After receiving the item, the onus is on you to take good care of it, and we will not be held responsible if something happens to it.
5) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item was grossly misinterpreted.
